How do I restore my purchased Day Pass or Lifetime Pro?
Click the "Restore Access" tab on the homepage paywall modal. Paste your Stripe Checkout Session ID (found in your email receipt from Stripe/ThermalCrop) to immediately re-authenticate your browser.
My barcode or label is getting clipped at the bottom. What should I do?
Select a 10 pt or 14 pt Safe Inset before exporting your PDF. Thermal printers use physical drive rollers that have 1–2mm of mechanical drift; adding an inset prevents the edge from clipping.
Can you add support for a specific shipping carrier label layout?
Yes! If you have a specific PDF layout from a shipping carrier or freight platform that doesn't crop automatically, email a redacted sample to support@thermalcrop.com and our team will train the bounding-box parser to recognize it.
